MarginHawk provides estimates for your own use. It is NOT accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for verifying every figure you see in MarginHawk before relying on it for business decisions, contracts, client billing, tax filings, or any other purpose. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed accountant or tax professional for actual accounting and tax matters.
3. As-is, no warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that calculations produced by the Service will be accurate for your specific situation.
4. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBLEDGER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to MarginHawk in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50). If you used the Service for free, this cap is US$50.
