Beta Tester Agreement

1. It's a work in progress
You are using pre-release software. Expect rough edges: features may change, break, disappear, or behave unexpectedly, and numbers the app produces may be wrong. MarginHawk is provided “as is” and “as available” with no promise of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
2. Don't rely on it as your system of record
Do not use MarginHawk as your only record of anything important during the beta. Keep your own copies. Export your data to CSV from Settings regularly. We may reset data or change how things work as we build.
3. Free during the beta
The beta costs nothing, and free access can end at any time. If paid plans launch later, we will tell existing testers before anything is charged, and separate billing terms will apply then.
4. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or bug reports, thank you — we may use them to improve MarginHawk without any obligation or payment to you, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to do so. Please don’t include confidential information in feedback.
5. Keep beta access to yourself
Invites are personal. Please don’t share your login or invite others without asking us. We may add or remove testers, and we may end your access at any time for any reason.
6. Everything else still applies
The disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, acceptable-use rules, and governing-law terms in the Terms of Service apply fully to beta use. Questions? Email contact@marginhawk.net.
