Acceptable Use Policy

• Use MarginHawk for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else break the law.
• Enter, upload, or store data you have no right to use, including someone else's business or personal information without authorization.
• Try to access another user's account or data, or any part of our systems, without authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or defeat its security or rate limits.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data through automated means beyond the app's normal features and the CSV export we provide.
• Upload malware, or content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or the networks and infrastructure behind it.
• Misrepresent who you are, or use the service to impersonate someone else.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — to protect the service and its users. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report abuse or security concerns to contact@marginhawk.net.
