End User License Agreement

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use MarginHawk for your own business purposes. That’s a right to use the app — not to own it.

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app or its code;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise provide the app to third parties;
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices; or
• Use the app to build a competing product.

MarginHawk, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. The business data you enter remains yours, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Because MarginHawk is a hosted web app, we may update, change, or remove features at any time. New features are covered by this license unless we say otherwise.

This license ends automatically if you breach it or stop using the service, and we may suspend or revoke it as described in the Terms. On termination, you must stop using the app. The as-is disclaimer and liability limits in the Terms continue to apply. Questions? Email contact@marginhawk.net.
